This stylish hotel inspired guest suite was designed for a client who wanted to revamp his spare room into a calm yet stylish guest room carrying a masculine feel. The main colour choosen was shade of gray. The budget was keept minimum and many of the exsisting pieces were reused simply by re polishing and new upholstry.

I recently completed a pretty indepth upstairs renovation. We transformed a laundry room into a guest bath and a bonus room into 2 bedrooms. My biggest obstacle was what to do with my laundry room. The result was really the only option I could think of that made sense...I moved the washer and dryer into a hallway closet. The key to the function of this design was the sliding glass doors that I found online at the Sliding Glass Door Co. and the custom shelves from local organization company. Without them I would have been stuck with tiny, cramped area full of wasted space with typical ugly bi-fold doors.

It's a good thing RMS doesn't have smellevision! This dated house was occupied by tenants for many years, and needed to be totally rennovated from floor to ceiling before putting it on the market. We removed the 70's railing,scraped the popcorn celings,retextured the walls before painting,added crown moulding,new wood floors,gave the fireplace a complete makeover,and really changed the whole feel of the house by opening up a wall with an archway. We couldn't be more thrilled as it sold the same day,with 15 offers and for $55k over asking price! We're still in shock!

We transformed this space from a dark and dreary room into this light and bright space we want to spend all our time in. We painted the paneling and the ceiling and painted the trim work and beams white for a crisp contrast. The hardwood floors add a lot to this room.
