This project was a rehab of an original 1954 Ralph Haver mid-century house in Phoenix, Arizona. There were 5 major goals that guided this rehab.
1. Uncover, preserve, and accentuate the Haver characteristics of the house. 2. An open plan that unifies the kitchen, living, dining, and outdoor areas.
3. Outdoor area (both front and back)as an integral part of the social area of the house.
4. A blend of mid century modern with cowboy southwest
5. A front that contributes to the streetscape and encourages social interaction.
