About This Remodel
We decided to overhaul our severely outdated and equally tiny kitchen and ended up adding 300 sq ft to our house, improving our kitchen, dining room and outside space. We lived in our house during the process. The process affected most of our first floor and I found myself pregnant with a two year old, living with my husband in one room-doing dishes in the hall bathroom and grilling dinner on our driveway. We extended our kitchen, added a pantry, breakfast area, bar area and reconfigured our dining room and the layout of our deck.
