About This Remodel

We own a condo, current tenants lease expiring, need to remodel for new tenants. We are on a budget, we will put in the labor. Ideas on the kitchen? Changing the floors? Sand/prime/paint cabinets? Put on hardware? Countertops will be cleared off but can't afford to change those out.

Paint the cabinets a blueish gray with chrome handles, put in a dark colored counter (I love concrete... the colors are unlimited!, and I would go with a dark wood for flooring. The light cabinets and appliances with the dark floor and counter will look AMAZING!

If you have to keep those white appliances, I would certainly paint the cabinets white and put on some interesting hardware. I think the floor definitely has to be changed. Add an interesting backsplash, also.
