About This Remodel
Here is our media space that just happens to be in our living room. I removed the closet door and framing, cut and installed a header to support the stair load, framed in the space to hold the 50” Pioneer Plasma TV flush on the wall, fabricated custom niches to house the cable box and audio receiver, ran all wiring in wall, installed the speakers, trimmed out and painted. The audio is a Bose Lifestyle “Built-Invisible System”. What’s cool about this set up is we can watch TV from our living space or outdoors with a dedicated speaker zone outside.
