Love the desk! Great use of space! the colors are great too!

I love what you have done. I am looking for ideas for my new home office for my accounting practice. My room is the same size. I love your desk and am looking for something just like this. Where did you find it?

thank you all for your thoughts and comments. we actually have some canvas's ordered from some of our photographers which will add both images and pink to the walls. we will be showing various elements of the wedding though the canvas art.

we do also have a large 8' x 2' sign which has our name and logo/info on it but it was damaged so we are going to actually just paint our logo on the wall... all in time.

I have to agree with everything potchie said. Love the idea of using portions of photos to show off and entice customers. I do think the white blinds and curtains seem a little plain for such an elegant and fun space.

I love the wall color and I think the overall design is great. I think that with all of the white furniture and moldings, it would be awesome to see a different color window treatment and maybe a few color accessories. I also think you can utilize that wall space above the computer (maybe something business related. I also really like that you painted the ceiling.

a great improvement! i'd love to see you eliminate the blinds and curtains and instead, mount a simple roman shade in a printed or textured fabric (a graphic black and white print? a white and hot pink graphic print? think candice olsen style! and keep it partially open to let some natural light in. this will add some needed dimension. more importantly, as a former P.R. person, take advantage of all of that empty wall space to advertise yourself and your business! show off your work...in a chic, modern art style! simply enlarge some photos from your events using portions of the existing photos. show an centerpiece but print it so it's off-centered on the paper, show just the corner of a decadent wedding cake, a bride's elegant shoe peeking thru the hem of her gown....etc. this will also brighten up this very dark space. add some more pink with a lumbar pillow for each client chair, desk accessories, folders with your logo on them to give to clients, etc....

I'm loving those charcoal walls....adds drama!
