About This Remodel

I have always loved round dining tables, and when I found this large round table at Crate and Barrel, I knew it would be perfect for our space. We have a really nice view out the back of our home, so we have opened up several walls to maximize that. Now we have a very open space that is wonderful for entertaining, which is helpful since we have 6 children and 8 grandchildren! I also love the light fixture which I purchased at ZGallerie (I love that store!. The chairs are white leather from Crate and Barrel. We put the granite bar in to gain more seating. When my family is all together (which is often there are 20 of us! With my kitchen table, large bar, and dining table and bar we can seat 21...room for a guest! I know my style isn't for everyone but I really like it. :

I know, I love the chandelier too! I got it at Zgallerie in Tualatin, OR. I love that store! I think David Bromstad from Color Splash goes to that store to find accent items too! It was pretty inexpensive as well!

I don't see how anyone could not like this! It is modern, simple, and very beautifully done. I like the three different chairs going on instead of all the same. You should be very proud of this dining room. Great view, too! Thanks for sharing. Kerri

Houserules

I like the simple, classic window panels, dining room set, and chandelier. The floor is a good compliment/contrast
to them. The large tree? No. The room will benefit from its absence.
